I found the descriptions and pictures of this cozy cottage to be quite accurate. The house was extremely neat, clean and orderly. The private beach is just steps away and unlike other streets in the area, the only cars passing on the road are those of its residents. It is nice and quiet. The kitchen has all the ample supplies for preparing meals, so other than treating myself here and there, I was able to prepare all meals inhouse. I enjoyed what was considered an “off season” week as I didn’t have to fight the crowds or the traffic while still enjoying the sunshine and temps in the upper 70’s – low 80’s. We took advantage of the outdoor shower since the temperature was warm enough to allow us, something I wasn’t expecting, but a fabulous experience nontheless. I hope to return the same time next year. With any luck, Mother Nature will be as kind to me as she was this year. Cheers.

We loved it here! The house is cozy and comfortable! We were there for a week and were able to do a lot of sightseeing because it is in such a great, central location. I have already recommended it to friends, and hope to come back next year!

This is truly a gem of a cottage. All the pictures and descriptions are accurate. She does not need to gloss up the pictures or description. They FIT. The nice surprise is that there are so many homey thoughtful amenities. We have rented cottages off and on for the past 46 years at the Cape. This is a lovely cottage. It is as if you were living in someone’s home, not a summer rental. I brought little kitchen things I find hard to live without, and Sarah had them all. I did not need to bring them. This is the first year we rented here but we will definitely come back.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The house was beautifully remodeled and just steps form the beach. We will definately be renting this property again next year.

We have stayed in this house (and the owners’ other cottage) several times, and were blown away by the recent remodel. It is truly a wonderful cottage! Everything new and clean!

This property is absolutely fantastic. It is kept up immaculately, on a quiet street and truly 99 yards from the beach. We are looking forward to staying again at this property.
